Returns & Exchanges

At Blackstone Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
